Now this is NO REPLACEMENT for having your page properly setup and laid out so that it is properly appealing to your customers, and easy to navigate. You should still install the Google +1 code (Plus One code) on your site, and have it readily available for organic traffic and natural customers to vote on their own.
And If you use this tool to help get more Google +1′s, be careful about OVER doing it.. If you own a small business website with very few visits a day, I don’t think it’s going to look very natural to suddenly start receiving more Google +1s than you are visits.
